In case you have placed an incorrect order and you want to cancel it, you can request cancellation at Customer Service at +91-9915964930 or mail us at info@newcastle.co.in with your order number and details.

For a cancellation order placed, you will be accredited with full refund through online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, the deadline for which is 1500 IST, within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund shall be processed within 7 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank's policy.  

Exchange / Return

You can return/exchange within 48 hours from the delivery of your order. Exchange can be either another size of the same product or any other item from the website.

Always report any and all problems associated with the item you wish to exchange. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations. 

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not as per your requirement, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with ORIGINAL TAGS.

All returns/exchanges/refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receiving back the product in it’s original condition. 

Courier charges will not be refunded in case of any exchange or returns. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products.
