SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

At Newcastle Knitwears, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ludhiana through reputed courier services. 

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs.999/-. For orders below Rs.999/-, we charge a flat Rs.150/- shipping fee.

In the event of re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay reshipping charges. If the shipping address is incorrect where in the address and zip / post / pin code doesn’t match, customers will have to bear the cost of any to and fro charges for wrong shipping address.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all locations within India. If there are any restrictions or limitations regarding shipping to your area, you will be notified during the checkout process or directly by our customer service team.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend due to high order volumes.

Please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy for information on how to return or exchange an item. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by Newcastle Knitwears and are the responsibility of the customer.
